How it works

A straightforward process, from paperwork to plates

You do not need to understand DMV procedure. You need to know what to bring and what happens next — that is what we handle.

  1. 01

Select the DMV service you need

Browse our services and open the one that matches your transaction. Each page explains what the service covers and the documents usually involved.

Not sure? Call us — we will identify the correct transaction before you gather anything.

  2. 02

Contact our office or submit a request

Call, walk in, or complete the online request with your vehicle and contact details. There is no account to create and no fee to submit a request.

Requests are reviewed by our staff, not an automated system.

  3. 03

    Receive guidance on your paperwork

We tell you exactly which documents to bring — title, bill of sale, insurance, identification — and flag anything that could cause a rejection.

You are welcome to bring documents in for review before the transaction is processed.

  4. 04

Complete the transaction through our office

We prepare and submit the paperwork. When it is processed, we let you know about any remaining steps and what is ready for collection — registration documents, plates or title materials, as applicable.

Processing times are set by the DMV and vary by transaction.

What to bring

Most transactions start with photo identification, proof of insurance and the vehicle's ownership documents. Your service page lists the specific items, and we confirm them before you come in.

Fees

Government fees are set by the state and are separate from our service fee. We explain both before processing so there are no surprises.

Timing

Some transactions are completed at the counter; others depend on state processing. We will tell you what to expect for your specific transaction — we do not promise same-day completion.
